Purchaser agrees to the following:
1. Under no circumstances will this cat
or its prodigy be leased, given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory
or similar facility.
2. This cat is breeding and is suitable quality.
3. No cash refunds will be given for any reason.
4. If for any reason you do not wish/cant continue with your breeding programme,
your female kitten/cat must be spayed before re-homing.
5. If for any reason she should prove to be infertile (no live kittens born)after
2 years Fairysnow will replace her with a kitten of comparable quality as
soon as one is available. The choice of kitten, or adult breeding queen offered,
s at the breeders discretion. This offer only applies where the owner of the
queen uses either her own, or our stud/recomendation. This is providing the
queen has not been left to call beyond 3 seasons, or has had hormone treatment
to suppress the calls.
7. We will only replace for a queen who is unable to conceive after 2 years,
not for birthing problems , pyometra.or caesarian..
8. It is strongly recommended you continue with the free six weeks insurance
to cover any unforeseen medical problems, Fairysnow cannot be responsible
for vets bills if you haven’t continued the insurance after the six
weeks.
Health Guarantee
Our kittens/cats come to you with their up to date immunizations, they have
all been wormed regularly we guarantee them to be in good health at the time
of sale.
This good health guarantee is for 72 hours from leaving, and is valid providing
the kitten has not had contact with other cats. The validity is also reliant
on. He/she being vet checked within 72hours of purchase, and the vet agreeing
the kitten is not in good health.
Purchaser agrees to provide their Bengal with a good quality life and lots of love.
